Chairman of Tianjin Tianlong Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. visits Canadian Food Inspection Bureau and Federal Department of Agriculture
The two sides exchanged views on the construction plan of importing japonica rice seeds and experimental plots in Canada, as well as the prospect of planting japonica rice and the planning of the industrial chain.
Canada attaches great importance to Tianlong Agricultural Company's visit and affirms Tianlong Agricultural Company's plan to carry out japonica rice cultivation in Canada.
Present at the talks on the Canadian side were Canadian Chief Plant Health Officer, Canadian Federal Department of Agriculture, officials in charge of rice seed import, plant protection and crop safety management, Mr. Mao Zhongying, Science and Technology Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Canada, and Secretary Gao Lupeng. Also attending the meeting were Manager Kim Dae-hyun and Ms. Song Li, Tianlong's representative in North America.
