On the afternoon of April 5, 2017, Cheng Yanjun, head of the Animal and Plant Food Section of the entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of Teda, and Yang Guangli, an inspector, went to Tianjin Tianlong Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. to deliver the national biosafety proposal.
