On February 3, 2012, the general party branch of the company held an expanded meeting to study the spirit of document No. 1 of the Central Committee of 2012.
The meeting was presided over by Yang, secretary of the general party branch of the company, and heads of various departments attended the meeting.

At the meeting, participants made an in-depth study and discussion on the document No. 1 of the 2012 Central Committee, such as "defining the direction of agricultural scientific and technological innovation, highlighting the key points of agricultural scientific and technological innovation, improving agricultural scientific and technological innovation mechanism, improving agricultural scientific and technological innovation conditions, and focusing on scientific and technological innovation in the seed industry." it provides a strong policy guarantee for the company.
