With the phased end of the breeding and seed harvesting work of our company's Hainan experimental base, the scientific research staff of the southern propagation base have returned recently and began to prepare for the spring ploughing of the Tianjin experimental base.
On April 14, all the staff of the scientific research department held a summary meeting, which was presided over by the technical director of the company, summed up the phased work of Hainan breeding, and made detailed arrangements for the scientific research and breeding tasks in the new quarter of this year.
First of all, the director fully affirmed the breeding work in Hainan, and made breakthroughs in the breeding of two-line, three-line and conventional rice experimental materials, mainly due to Hainan's suitable natural climatic conditions and sufficient preparation for breeding. more importantly, all the staff in the southern breeding base worked hard, were not afraid of difficulties, and solved all kinds of problems encountered in the breeding process in time.
This also laid a good foundation for breeding and breeding in the future.
At the same time, the director also analyzed the current domestic and international breeding trends, defined the future direction of scientific research and breeding of our company, and stressed that laboratory researchers should collect more data, expand their horizons, learn more and ask more questions, and work efficiently.
Finally, in order to ensure the smooth development of all the work of the Tianjin experimental base, Dr. Dong Li, minister of scientific research, read out the management measures of the experimental base and defined the work responsibilities of everyone in the base; subsequently, the participants discussed the specific matters of this year's spring ploughing work to ensure that the spring ploughing work could be carried out in an orderly manner.
