In order to improve the investment life and service environment of the development zone and attract more enterprises and talents to come to the development zone for employment, on April 25, King Kong, deputy director of the Policy Research Office of the Development Zone Management Committee, and others investigated our company on the relevant contents of the 2012 Investment Environment investigation report of the Development Zone. The research content includes the software and hardware environment of the development zone, such as talent introduction environment, traffic environment, living environment, blue-and-white-collar apartment environment, energy environment, industrial facilities environment, government services and policy implementation environment. Yang Xiaojun, secretary of the general party branch, Li Shuchun, deputy general manager, and Yao Fang, manager of the audit department, made detailed reports on the situation and put forward referential suggestions.
With regard to the hardware environment, Secretary Yang suggested that the government of the development zone should provide more preferential policies for the introduction of senior talents, such as preferential housing purchase, settlement of children's hukou, and so on.
In addition, with regard to the application of project financial support for innovative enterprises, Secretary Yang suggested that the government of the development zone should provide more opportunities and platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises to apply for funds to support innovative projects, so as to achieve the common development of large, small and medium-sized enterprises, and avoid the situation in which large enterprises are developing faster and faster, while small enterprises are stagnant, that is, "it is easy to add icing on the cake, but it is difficult to send charcoal in the snow."
With regard to the software environment, Li Shuchun, deputy general manager, suggested that the government of the development zone should carry out infrastructure construction and cultural activities aimed at the talent structure.
Most of the development zones belong to industrial enterprises, and the age structure of talents is between 20 and 40 years old. therefore, the construction of cultural and entertainment facilities should meet the requirements of most people.
After the end of the survey, Deputy Director King Kong said that he would seriously consider the relevant suggestions and needed joint efforts of enterprises and the government in order to build a better investment living environment.
