2013 Company seed Industry Conference and Mid-year working Conference held in Jiangsu Province

From June 29 to 30, the company's seed industry conference and mid-year work meeting was solemnly held in Jiangsu Tianlong seed Industry Technology Co., Ltd. The company's chairman, general manager and other senior leaders, heads of various departments, leaders of various subsidiaries, researchers and other more than 40 people attended the meeting.


At the mid-year meeting, the responsible persons of various departments respectively summarized the main work of the department in the first half of the year, focused on the serious analysis of the problems existing in the work, and put forward the work objectives and measures for the second half of the year. The meeting also discussed and exchanged issues such as the exchange and study between researchers and front-line sales staff, how scientific research can better serve production, and how to improve the effect of training more effectively.
At the seed industry conference on June 30th, Jiangsu Tianlong and Liaoning Tianlong subsidiaries respectively reported their work achievements in the last business year, problems in management, seed production and sales plans for the 2013-2014 operating year, and development plans for the next three years, and discussed how to avoid risks in seed management.
In the light of the problems existing in the operation and management of the company, the meeting had a heated discussion on the strategic orientation of the head office, the positioning of corporate culture, the establishment of core values, and the clarity of management responsibilities and rights. After discussion, the meeting reached the following consensus:
First, take japonica rice as the core business, accelerate the development of seed industry, and focus on industrialization.
Second, adhere to the development orientation of scientific research serving industrialization, strengthen the close relationship between scientific research, production and sales, and cultivate a professional seed production and management team.
Third, according to the actual development of the enterprise, accurately locate the core value system of the enterprise, create an advanced corporate culture, and enhance the cohesion of the enterprise.
Fourth, sort out and clarify the division of responsibilities and rights of the management, improve the internal management mechanism, and improve the executive ability of the team.
