On August 18, the director and general manager of the National Water Saving Irrigation Engineering and Technology Research Center (Xinjiang) visited the National Japonica Rice Engineering and Technology Research Center. the two sides discussed the application of drip irrigation under plastic film on japonica rice and reached a preliminary intention of cooperation, which will be of great significance to the structural adjustment of rice seed industry in Tianjin and to speed up the construction of modern agriculture in Tianjin.
