Hydrogen sulfide is a highly harmful asphyxiating gas. Accidents of death caused by hydrogen sulfide poisoning occur frequently every year. It is particularly important to actively and steadily do a good job of prevention to avoid hydrogen sulfide poisoning. On the morning of June 26th, our company organized all the staff to conduct an emergency drill on the prevention of sulphide poisoning to further improve the safety awareness and the ability of self-rescue and mutual rescue of all staff.
Before the exercise, the company organized all employees to learn the "special emergency plan for hydrogen sulfide poisoning", requiring employees to improve their safety awareness and prevention, to understand and be familiar with the source and harm of hydrogen sulfide poisoning, and not to rescue blindly in an emergency. cause more losses. During the exercise, under the command of the command team, all the staff quickly arrived at the scene of the accident and carried out a series of highly simulated emergency exercises in an orderly manner, such as blockade of the scene, air detection, rescue of the wounded, making emergency calls, and so on.
Rescue the victim
After the exercise, the leaders of the company made a summary and comment on the exercise, fully affirmed the development of the activity, and said that production safety is the top priority, safety responsibility is more important than Mount Tai, and all staff should strengthen safety awareness and improve their ability of self-protection to avoid accidents as far as possible. In the whole process of the exercise, the responsible persons achieved the desired goal of being urgent but not chaotic, stable and orderly.
Summary of exercise activities
Through this exercise, all workers are familiar with the emergency treatment of hydrogen sulfide poisoning accidents, enhance their awareness of self-help and mutual rescue, and improve the level of production safety management. In the future, the company will adhere to the long-term safety prevention mechanism, continue to carry out a series of safety education activities and safety drills, and regard each drill as a specific actual combat exercise, so that there is no panic in disaster, no chaos in evacuation, orderly arrangement and timely self-rescue.
