Li Xinnan, Inspector, Department of Policy and regulations, Ministry of Science and Technology, Liu Dong, researcher of China Science and Technology Development Strategy Research Institute, Di Xiaoyan, Associate Professor of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Chen Jiefei, TD Industrial Alliance and his entourage visited Tianjin Tianlong Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd., National Japonica Rice Engineering Technology Research Center to investigate the work of Industrial Alliance. The research leaders first visited the science and technology exhibition hall of Tianlong Company, and then listened to the work reports of Tianlong Company, the National Center and the Alliance.
The Secretariat of the Alliance made a detailed report on the main work, innovative achievements, existing problems and measures of the Alliance in recent years to the research leaders.
Director Li fully affirmed the work of the alliance, believing that the alliance has done a very good job in terms of mechanism, operation, and intellectual property rights, and has aroused the enthusiasm of scientific research, enterprises and institutions in the alliance to innovate through collaborative innovation. it has jointly promoted the development of China's hybrid rice industry.
Finally, Director Li put forward new requirements for the work of the alliance, hoping that the alliance will be based on the needs of common development, make full use of alliance resources and national policy guidance, and build the alliance into an industrial technology aircraft carrier supported by core technology.
In addition, Wu Xiao of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Director Liu of the New District Science and Technology Commission also gave relevant suggestions and guidance on the work of the alliance, saying that the government will continue to introduce new policies to promote the development of the alliance and help expand the alliance's domestic and international influence.
