BT type three-line japonica rice sterile line "18A" has been identified

On September 5, 2014, the Tianjin Seed Management Station organized experts to identify the BT type three-line japonica male sterile line 18A jointly developed by Tianjin Tianlong Seed Industry Technology Co., Ltd. and the National Japonica Rice Engineering Technology Research Center. The attending experts inspected the experimental site of the 12th Street in Tianlong Company's development zone and listened to the report of the research group. The sterile line has the characteristics of stable sterility, wide adaptability, high combining ability, good resistance, and excellent rice quality, and can be used for hybrid japonica rice combination application. The attending experts unanimously agreed to pass the identification.
